Parents  teachers cooperation is essential to ensure the complete and harmonious development of the children, kindly help us in ensuring the following:

• The diary should be carried to school daily and regularly countersigned.
• The students should be dropped at the school gate. Please do not enter the classrooms or meet teachers without written permission of Principal.
• Prior appointment with the teacher may be sought to discuss the problems of your ward.
• No short leaves/ half day leave is allowed. Do not make social engagement or medical appointments for your ward during working hours. Under special circumstances short/ half day leave be granted on the payment of Rs.10/- & parents are requested to wait as it takes about half an hour to call a child from the class.
• Any change of address / telephone number should be notified immediately.
• Ensure that your ward makes up for the work missed by him / her during absence/ leave with the guidance of the teachers.
• Ensure prompt follow up of medical report sent by school.
• Do inform the class teacher, head of the institution and school doctor in case your ward suffers from any specific disease/allergy/ or his undergone an operation / is under medication.
• Parents are supposed to switch off mobile phones while entering in the Principal Office.
• Date of birth certificate & school leaving certificate of the last attended school must be produced at the time of new admission.
• Ensure that the child maintains personal hygiene, sleeps for 8 hours a day, has a nutritional diet and avoid consumption of eatables from roadside vendors.
• Parents should guide their wards to obey the rules and regulations of the school
• It is requested that parents must attend at least 50% P.T. Meets during the year to know the performance of their wards.
• The parents may see the Principal on any working day between 11-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon.
• Please ensure that your ward does not bring any mobile / electronic gadget as it invites fine & disciplinary action.
• Students will not be allowed to park their bikes/cycle outside the school.
• Parents are expected to pay the fees in time as per schedule given under the fees head.
